Parking for up to two vehicles is available for a fee of $25-50 per week per vehicle. All passes must be collected at the pass office upon arrival. Guests are limited to two car passes.

Seven days before check-in, the host will request a $1000 security deposit which must be settled within 24-hours. Failure to accept to do so will result in immediate cancellation of the booking with no refunds. If there is no damage to the home and other House Rules were adhered to, including the no-pet, no-smoking policy, the host will return the deposit within 14 days of checkout.

Guests check-in and out with a keyless entry system, however, check-in and checkout times must be respected.

Coffee bar, including ground coffee and tea. Bring your Nespresso and Keurig pods as we have both. Starter paper towels, soap, toilet paper, trash bags are provided.

No events are permitted. If it is discovered that a party or event is being held, immediate cancellation and removal will result with no refunds provided.

If smoking of any sort is detected inside or out, host will levy a $500 fine and will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.

All the apps you enjoy for streaming - Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, and others. Just bring your login and passwords!
